XENON-902 QDC EMULSION is a fast drying Dual Cure photo emulsion. 902 QDC is resistant to both solvent and water and can be used with all ink systems. Diazo is added in the normal way by first adding room temperature water, agitating and then adding the solution to the emulsion, allow the emulsion to stand for at least 30 minutes to assure any air bubbles introduced during mixing are released. Reclaiming 902 QDC is easy with Xenon Stencil Remover, which is available in paste and liquid form.

Exposure: Distance for the exposure should be about one and a half times the diagonal measurement of the artwork from point light sources. Yellow and orange mesh requires at least 50% more time than white mesh. The times given below are based on white mesh at approximately 40 inches.

METAL HALIDE: 60 sec/3000-WATTS

CARBON ARC: 75 sec/60 AMPS

FLUORESCENT TUBES: 240 sec/ 40 WATTS
