DIP AND STRIP INFORMATION

New Dip and Strip reclaim method. This system uses the EasiWay PT-500 series of screen-reclaiming tanks designed for use with EasiWay's One Step ink and emulsion-removal reclaiming chemistry. The Dip and Strip reclaim system is compact and designed to speed and streamline the screen-reclaiming process. No expensive machinery to purchase. No exhaustive training required. Just simple and fast!!!!!

New Dip and Strip method:
Remove all screen tapes
Place screens with ink into the tank EasiStrip Ink & Emulsion Remover for 3 to 4 minutes (one part with three parts water)
Remove the screen and rinse residue with pressure washer (medium pressure) away from the mesh with water
Apply EasiSolv 701 with a sreen scrubber
Wait 2 to 3 minutes
Wash with medium pressure and dry.

The Dip and Strip reclaim system is fast, easy, low coast, and requires no expensive machinery or plant alteration of plumbing and electric.
