Ulano EZ-Film is a 50 micron capillary film suitable for all textile printing. It is easy to use, consistent, and durable, but most of all anyone can coat a screen without pinholes, in a few easy steps.
1. Find the emulsion side of the film. The emulsion side is shiny and the plastic substrate has a matte finish.

2. Place on a flat surface with the emulsion side up.
3. Position the screen to be coated on top of the film.

4. Wet the screen thoroughly with a spray bottle of water. This softens the emulsion and pulls it into the screen.

5. Use a squeegee to remove the excess water from the screen. In this case a cheap household squeegee is being used but a manual print squeegee may also be used.

6. Place the screen in a screen rack in a darkroom to dry. Since the emulsion is still being protected by the plastic film, you may also stand the screen up and use a fan to speed the drying time.
7. Once dry the plastic film peals away easily.
