1. Tape up screen before printing. You can use TAP 500, 505, 515, Blockout, Blue-R, Split Tape or Polyken. Tape up inside walls of screens so that no ink can get onto the shirt.
Tip: More tape means less clean up.
2. Always measure to the center of your pallets by using a T-square. Draw line down center of pallet. Tape artwork to pallet.
3. Make sure artwork has center registration marks. Pull screen down to pallet and line up center line to center registration marks.
4. Make sure your pallets are all the same distance and your artwork has been measured the same distance down and side to side (makes it easier).
5. You may find your screen moves. If so, use your micro adjustments to realign the screen to it’s proper position.
6. Repeat the same step for each screen. Each screen is a color.
7. If choosing to print off contact, use your off contact knob to make that adjustment.
