Texsource Bee So Honey
All of our honey is produced by hives located right here at the Texsource facility and owner Robert Bolin's farm. Until now it has only been available to the local market with overwhelming delightful compliments. As a result we have decided to share this delicious honey via the internet. We do not pressure-filter or over heat our honey like the honey found in chain stores resulting in the long "liquid" shelf life needed by supermarkets. We believe that flavor, character and nutrients are sacrificed to obtain that type of shelf life. Our honey is filtered only enough to remove the impurities such as pieces of honeycomb. All natural honey will crystallize or turn solid over time. This is normal, it happens to all honey that has not been over heated. Solid honey is not bad, in fact honey will never go bad if stored in a sealed container and in a cool place. To re-liquefy the honey simply place it in a pan of warm water until the honey returns to its fluid state. We hope you enjoy our honey.
