Description:

Color FX PP-81 is a high gloss acrylic-based ink with good outdoor durability. PP-81 has numerous uses for many substrates including but not limited to ABS, Coroplast®, corona treated polyethylene and polypropylene.  PP-81 is formulated with non-leaded pigments and exhibits a durable mar-resistant finish.

Available Colors:

PP-81 is available in 22 colors including metallic, pearlescent, phosphorescent, fluorescent, and pearlescent over white background for optimum color. Colors can also be matched in standard, metallic, or bronze to match Pantone colors.

Screen Selection:

With this series 230 to 260 mesh should be used with 65-80 durometer squeegee.

Emulsion:

Dual-Cure direct emulsion or solvent resistant capillary films should be used for your stencil.

Curing:

This series will dry by air in 30 minutes at 72 F with low humidity. By using a dryer set at 110 F you can expect drying in less than a minute.
Modification

For best results PP-81 can be reduced with  805 or 805 A Reducer by 10-20% by weight. Should you experience in screen drying 810 retarder is recommended at a rate of 10-20% by weight . This series should be stored in a tightly sealed container after use.
