STF Roller Screen Frames
Self-tensioning or Retensionable Screen Printing Frames
The Plus- STF Roller Frames provide higher tension, superior ink flow and tighter registration. The ability to retension the mesh on a roller frame avoids restretching which saves mesh and money! They will virtually last forever (with a little maintenance), they clean up well and you can re-stretch and re-tension them yourself.

The Minus- Learning to stretch them can be somewhat of a challenge initially although not overwhelming. They are more expensive to build a large inventory.

STF Roller frames

Each STF Roller Frame, textile-standard size, is packaged in a box with all the necessary hardware. The hardware consists of locking strips, bolts, washers and corners. Unlike other roller frames on the market, the corners of the STF Roller Frame are preassembled on the long rollers, and the short rollers have the bolts and washers installed. All bolts are prelubricated with anti-seize to minimize assembly time of the STF Roller Frame. In addition, locking-strips are pre-cut and inserted in each roller/square bar. The design of the STF Roller Frame allows the frame to coexist with other models of single locking-strip roller frames, currently on the market. The STF Roller Frame also utilizes the same roller frame tools and stretching systems that are currently in shops today.
