I have VIP status with you already, how do I begin receiving that pricing online?
If you have special pricing, it will show up in our accounting software and will be billed accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as purchase orders.
How do I setup an account to use a purchase order when checking out?
You will see an option when setting up your acct, to select purchase order. Please do so only if you are set up on net terms with Texsource.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All in stock items ship same day from our North Carolina warehouse. For pantone color matches, please call in order before 2:30 pm EST.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by mousing over the Customer Service item and clicking the Order Status/History link. You will be prompted to login if you are not already. At the bottom of the Account & Order History page, you will see a section entitled Order/Billing History. Your Shipping Status is displayed under the column heading Shipping Status for each of your orders. If your order has shipped you will see your UPS tracking number provided.

How is shipping handled on large items, like equipment?
We use UPS freight, FedEx national, AAA cooper, Old Dominion or you can arrange your own pick up.
